A seasoned and accomplished leader and executive, Mr. May was formerly division President of telecommunications giant GTE Corporation (now Verizon) and EVP and COO for PriceSmart, Inc, a San Diego-based, international membership club retailer. An engineer and an MBA, May has 30 years of successful experience in a wide-range of executive positions including marketing, sales, finance, capital formation, operations and international business.

Mr. Gallagher's entrepreneurial leadership spans three decades in a variety of companies ranging from Pacific Bell and Qualcomm to startups in computer-aided software engineering, free-space optics, automated routing and vehicle monitoring. Mr. Gallagher is a graduate of the University of California and has a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
